Summit Registration Terms and Conditions

1. Registration information

1.1 The registration and/or purchase of your ticket for summit attendance is for use by the purchaser only.

1.2 Registration information should not be forwarded to third parties; doing so may hinder your access, as summit entry is only by prior registration.

1.3 The materials and replay of summit sessions and activities are for use by the purchaser and Registrant only. They should not be shared with third parties.

1.4 Responsibility for the confidentiality and security of summit registration information and any materials issued by Enlighten Elevate Summit lies with the Registrant.

1.5 If you believe that a third party has obtained details in an unauthorised manner, please promptly notify Enlighten Elevate Summit by emailing [email protected].

2. Summit platform

2.1 This summit is hosted on GrooveMember, Courses and Facebook.

2.2 You will be sent links via email that will allow you to access the:

(a) Facebook, Meta community group, where the summit activities will be recorded or be available at the designated time.

(b) GrooveMember membership area, using your individual account login; where the summit recordings will be available at the designated time. 2.3 Your participation in this summit may require you to configure your software settings on your web device upon first use or need you to download the software for your operating system.

3. Recording of summits and consent

3.1 The Groove, Courses.gg, YouTube and Facebook platforms include features that allow audio, video and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed related to the summit. As well as allowing some live sessions to be recorded and viewed.

3.2 Where a summit event is recording video, you must consent to such recordings via a pop-up consent link on your screen. If you participate in a Facebook Live you are consenting to your participation actions being recorded.

3.3 A link to the recorded segments or webinar sessions may be available for you for permanent or limited access only. You are responsible for accessing any time-limited summit within the stated time allocated for access.

3.4 Where a summit event is not recorded, it is your responsibility to attend at the time of the live presentation or activity.

3.5 There is no refund for a change of mind or if you cannot view a webinar recording or attend a summit activity during the live session that is not recorded for distribution to registrants.

4. Summit Fees

4.1 The fee for this summit is as advertised.

4.2 Payment is online at the time of registration, and a credit/debit card is required to complete payment.

4.3 Your credit card details are not retained by Suzy Molloy or the Enlighten Elevate Spoonie Business Summit.

4.4 The information required to process your payment will be provided to our third-party payment processor for the sole purpose of processing your payment.

5. REFUNDS

5.1 Due to the nature of this service, refunds are not available unless there is a breach of the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

6. Summit reschedule or cancellation

6.1 We may reschedule a summit segment or webinar event at any time, and where possible a recording will be made available to all registrants.

6.2 In the event of cancellation of a summit, a full refund will only be provided to all VIP registrants.

7. AFFILIATES

7.1 All registrants are automatically enrolled in our Affiliate Programme and has a unique Affiliate Tracking Code link provided in the Enlighten Elevate membership area.

7.2 All attendees can choose to promote the summit, if anyone who signs up using their unique tracking link and upgrades to a VIP Lifetime Membership they will be paid 20% commission on that purchase.

7.3 Attendees own upgrade purchase cannot be made using their own Affiliate Tracking Code. The additional 20% Commissions will not begin until manually activated by Enlighten Elevate staff.

7.4 All VIP Lifetime Members will earn an additional 20% commission on all upgrade purchases made using their unique Affiliate Tracking Code, for a total of 40%. This is a manual upgrade setting which may take up to 48 hours to activate.

7.5 A minimum of two unique purchases must be made from each Affiliate Tracking Code to be eligible for payment of commissions.

7.6 All commissions will be paid out 45 days after the event by PayPal only.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

10.1 To deliver a summit successfully, we will ask you to provide us with information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you ("Personal Information") when you register for the summit.

10.2 The Personal Information that you provide us in these circumstances will be used by Suzy Molloy and authorised contractors that assist Suzy Molloy in processing the information to enable the operation and delivery of the summit.

10.3 You will be subscribed to Suzy Molloy's newsletters and offers; at the time of ticket registration. This is a double opt-in subscription verification so we can communicate with you about the summit and related activities. We will not sell your details and you retain the right to unsubscribe at any time.
